My Name Animation

First i made a layer per each letter (A,S,C,P) then after the i move every letter to different places from each other all letters were separate from each other at 0:00:00:00 then i put all letter together by that third second then i made every letter one by one fade out. then i made all letters appear again and then after that i made each letter blink individuality 3 times and then i put an affect to each letter 1 by 1 after that i made a text wrap for all letter and chnage that shape of all that letter so they all look different and kind of weird.!!

THANKSGIVING CARD!

In this Thanksgiving card i use a dark blue paint to color the background then i color the bottom green to make it look like it was grass then i wrote "HAPPY THANKSGIVING" with that brush in black letters then i decorate it with grass and i made a moon starts & leafs then i put snow on it and i painted a little on that bottom white so it looks like it have snow in hat floor and then i put it everywhere in the sky too and this is my Thanksgiving card!

How to draw Vector shapes?

For this vector shapes what i did it was the for the blue one i made an oval and then i press (Ctrl+T) to make it that way want it.

for the second shape use the shape options and i pick the arrow and then i made it similar to the one the it needs to look like then i press Ctrl+T and twisted and then i copy the one i made and then i combine both of them together to make as 1.

for the third one i just made a rounded rectangular and then to color it with all those stripes and colors was that essays part and then on top in the menu it says style and it has the style of the stripes and everything.

for the fourth shape i just did a circle and then i put the eye dropper on the color green so the way it could have the exactly same color and then i when to blending options and did what it tells me to do on the bottoms of the original shape or at least i try to do what it told me.

for the light i did the same the second one i pick the shape of the light..... from the options and then i color it and i made the blending options till it look similar.

for the six shape i did the same i pick it from the shape options and then i color it it and blend it till it kind of look like it i think the one was one of the hardest to do.

for ma shape # 7th i just made a regular rectangular and made it as long as the other one for one of the sides and then i made the second part so it look like an "L" and then i out it together and combine it so it could be 1 layer it self and then i press Ctrl+T and twisted so it could be like an up side down "L".

How to apply Filters

In this picture i use a lot of different filters some of those filter the i put are for the first picture i use a Liquify that made it look like a deform mountain lion all twisted with small legs and a fat body and some weird looking face. For my second picture i use a Rought Pastels that kind of made it look like that picture is moving but not really. For my third picture i use Ink Outline that makes it look like is kinda like a regular painting but that ink spreed out the image. For my fourth image i pick to use the filter Blur More and it made it look like is blurt you could see but is not the perfect is like you have glasses on when u don't need them. My 5th picture i use the filter Glowing Edges it made it look like it was something the glows in a dark room with a 3D especial affect. For my last picture i use a palettes knife is something that i don't really know what it is but it made it look different from everything else i made for me it looks likes some goths that is standing in front of a house with a lot of grass around it. I think that filter that i will use again will be that "Glowing Edges" because i think it looks really cool how everything changes color and it looks like is light up but is not and also because i think it makes that picture look like is in 3D..!!!!

What i did for this 2 images is that i pick an image on Michaels Myers i pick 8 more images that in one way or another is is related to them like his mask someone that he kill his costume his knife etc..... then i selected him and i put all those pictures inside his body so that way it looks like that like that way it looks like in that picture then i did that same thing for that letters i selected him again then i did inverse select and then i made a word path that stated from his head then i wrote a sentence about him and it auto organize it self to go around his body this project was hard and it tack a lot of time but i know it doesn't look like it but it did and then i made that background one color and i put that sentence in top so that way it looks like that like that way it looks in this picture all red and u could only see that letters it a little hard to read it but if you zoom in this picture you could see it really clear...!!!!

In this 2 pictures is this guy that 1st pic is that one that one that got a retouch and that second image is that original one what i did to this picture is that I use the healing brush i set it to 12 pixels and i erase the horizontal wrinkles in the forehead then i use the patch tool to erase the wrinkle inside the glasses under the right eye and inside and outside the glasses on the left eye it was kind of hard at the beginning because i didn't understand what you need it to do but i think i did a good work on it. the i change the opacity of the 'Retouch' layer to 65% so This should help make it look more realistic.

i use the healing brush and erase the initials 'DJ' from the rocks after the i use the patch tool to erase the chips and hole on the sides of the rocks then i try to make it appear as if the rocks were in perfect conditions but the only things i fix are the holes in the left side too and right and also the crack on the side of the rock.

Using the clone tool, fix the rip in the bottom left of the picture i try to follow some of the notes i tock in class but i don't think i did a very good job on it because i couldn't understand it from the Beginning .

I use a rectangular marquee tool to select all blue part in top of that window and i made that Hue to 140, the saturation to 40, and the lightness to 0 then i use the blur tool to blur out the windows & drapes. the i lighten the left window edge & the shutter by using the "Dodge Tool", and then i darker the right window edge & the shutter by using the "Burn Tool". Then i sharpen the top window edge by using the "Sharpen Tool" and it looks like with little holes. after all of this i "Desaturate" the flowers on the left by using that "Sponge Tool" after all of that i "Smudge" the tiles below the window by using the "Smudge Tool" and made it look like everything was moving and you could make it really unclear so no one could see what it was!

Using the gradient tool and 2 colors i create a Gradient background then i use the type tool and create a text layer and i type my name "ARLEY" i put the front size in 72 then i use the text option i was playing around with it instill i found out one the i really like and the i added some layers styles like the inner glow, that outer glow, a drop shadow, etc and this is how my lab number 12 ended like the way it looks in the picture.

Optical Illusion

Look at this picture for 15 seconds with out blinking.

You are suppose to see it moving in circles and see like is in a 3D shape that is poping out on your face that is about to hit you.

An optical illusion is like a shape that looks like a regular picture but when you looks at it for a while and you close your eyes or look up something you will see something different. What i did to make this optical illusion i use a rectangles and i change the color to something that had a design like circles in every rectangle and then i keep doing it smaller and smaller in till it look like it was 3D or if it was moving.

How to create shapes

That shapes i use for this project were Yin Yang symbols thunders a crown question marks music notes and fire balls.

I choose those colors because they really bright and you could see them right away and also because most of those colors are my favorite colors.

I think i could ed make this better if i would ed but things that i learn like that inner glow etc... and just make everything even for all shapes and everything.

I didn't really have an inspiration i just make it colorful but i made it look more like it was a Storm so that's why i put sooo many thunders.

No shapes are not hard to use because all you have to do is pick a designed drag it from one point to make it as big as u want to and then change the color or to do what ever you wanted to do.

Reflection Journal

Do u know what a mask is? Well you don't have to wander anymore because in this small but meaningful essay I'm going to tell you about it and I'm going to be answering a few question while I'm doing it.

What does a mask do in Photoshop? Do you know? Well a mark helps you put it in top of something a subject it don't matter so that way you cant see it what ever is behind it like for my last project i use a mask to cover my tiger so that way u could see that background and i change that ground a little blurt so that way it looks like that tiger was moving/running. That subject you selected you could use that especial tools to selected your subjects and make it easier for your self like that Magic Wand Tool it helps you select bigger subjects and you could just copy and paste so you could put it in top or in back of your mask.

In masks, what do the colors Red, Black and White represent? They mean that white is the part that was selected that black is that background so you could know that difference between then and the red one means that middle between both of them you make marks for almost everything something you just don't do it fully!

That tool i use in mask mode was that text tool to type and that magic wand to make a perfect selection i use those 2 tool to kind of make everything and then that rest was especial affects like the outer glow i made that background blurt so that way it looks like my subject was moving.

These tools help me to feather my selection because that magic wand help me to make a perfect selection and that text tool help me to type words inside the picture and put whatever i want to write this last project was kind of hard but fun to do.

That adjustment layers that i did to my image was making the that background a little blur so it when from grass to kind of look like snow and i made it look like is moving i made the tiger look like it was golden with an outer glow and i kind of made an inner glow too so that way it look like my animal was made out of gold and that text i put was "THAT GOLDEN TIGER".

From that mask and that lassos i thought it was easier to do that lassos then that mask because that lassos adjust to any shape you want when you move it around or make it bigger whatever you want to do but that mark was really hard because i didn't really understand what to do sens that begging of this project.

In Conclusion, i told you some of that things i did for this last project and some of that tools i use well in my opinion i had fun doing this project because i learn new things but at the begging was kind of hard.

How to work in Quick Mask Mode

what i did on this project was that i use different kinds of tools to cut out the tiger then i copy it i made different layers i made the background look like a little blurry so that way it could look like the tiger is moving i put a yellow glowing light around it so it could look like an especial affect and to make it look like is a special tiger that u don't see everyday and i name it "The Golden Tiger"

letter A: I change the Opacity to 25%, the angle to 171, the distance to 28, the spread to 8 and the size to 10 and it made a shadow on the letter.

letter B: I increase the spread to 9 and the size to 18 and it made the letter have like some glow shadow around it.

letter C: I change the depth to 500. I made it look like it was 3D.

I had fun doing this lab!!

Image adjusments

what i did was that i got a picture of a car i had 1 layer then i copy it 5 times i keep that original one on the top Conner to the right and then i change the color for all that other four and i made them all in a different color and going down so you guys could see that difference.

face swapping project

1. What was the objective of the task? we had it to swap our heads with a celebrity head.

2. What picture did you decide to use and why? i decided to use a picture of Daddy Yankee && Don Omar because they are 2 of my favorites singers.

3. How did it turn out compared to what you were planning on doing? in my opinion i think it turn out really good for the time i had it to do it because i remember i come late to class so i only had it like half of day to do it but it didn't come out bad knowing the I'm not the great with photo shop.

4. What was the most difficult aspect of this project? um i guess it was when i couldn't cut the head how i wanted && the right shape && everything was alright is wasn't hard but not essay ether.

5. If you were to re-do this project, what would you do differently or add to it? i will make Don Omars face a little bigger so that way it looks better and i will make my head a little smaller so it looks normal.

To make this melon head i use a bunch of different tools i use the lasso tool, marquee tool, move tool, magic wand, crop tool, slice tool. you could make different shapes and fix anything you want, like all this fruits i need it to use all the tools to make the shapes perfect && then put it together to form this head!!!

Media gets my attetion because i have notice you could do really kool things and also because i seen people doing it, so i like what you could do with different kinds of pictures.
